You will find lots of people here that say they lose inches without seeing the scale go down. I just posted on another thread about this...I am smaller at my present weight than I have ever been when I weighed this before. I think a lot of it is that you retain your muscle mass more on this WOL than on a starvation or other type diet. Muscle weighs more, thus the scale not moving, but takes up less space, thus the inches lost. Also the more muscle you have the more your metabolism is raised so you are burning more calories 24/7

This diet defies every thing I ever thought I knew about dieting but it works! I used to eat around 800 calories a day to lose and now I eat 2000 or more and still lose! Amazing but wunderful!
