I'll wager that any Atkins person has stalled, (especially women) during the course of their loss. It taught me patience. I kept telling myself, "You have to eat this way the rest of your life anyway, what's the big deal?" Yeah, it's frustrating, but focus on the BIG PICTURE. Trust that it WILL happen. Know that your body stalls normally to adjust itself.

I DID stress out during my stalls. Sure. I did a lot of research because I wanted to make sure I wasn't responsible to the wicked non-progress. No bars, no aspertame, no alcohol, not too much cheese or nuts, hmmm...and some other things. During these times I REALLY focused on vegetables. They last 4 - 8 weeks, then you'll loose 3 pounds in a week. It just happens. Once you KNOW you're not responsible, try to block it out and focus on other things.

GOOD JOB!!
