Curves today about 40 mins w/stretching- that makes 5 days this wk. Way to go! I feel tighter all over. Curves is the ultimate blend of aerobic & weight resistance training- I can't say enough good things about it. I could never do as well at a regular gym, it would take me hours to get in the same intense workout I do now. It's amazing. It is highly recommended to anyone considering.
