Once you're out of induction, here's what we have for breakfast - cos its quick and easy.
100g greek yoghurt - 4 carbs
3 strawberries - 3 carbs (or a small spoon of frozen berries)
1 raw egg
mix these together in a blender and drink - yum. I add water to make mine a bit runnier, DH adds heavy cream and water (!) cos he can afford the extra calories.
