Everyone, thanks for the great ideas...
"Marks" suggested something called Carbsense hot cereal. Haven't seen that yet. Is it in the regular grocery stores or specialty/health stores? Is Carbsense the manufacturer? How many carbs does it have per serving? My husband's been following this WOE along with me but he's having trouble with the eggs in the morning. Thanks again!
