I'm so proud of everyone!
 
I lost 7 pounds this month but then gained back one after eating some fish at a caribbean. I suspect it had sugar in it but not sure. Maybe it wasn't even the fish and maybe it's my TOM. 6 pounds is still great. I'm 135 pounds. I am proud.
We did it...we lost maybe we did not lose 8 pounds but progress.
