hey hun... at least you made it back... I think you need to use that embarassment you feel about going to the gym to your advantage... think about that every time you want to get off plan... and you should be able to easily make it thru induction again...
I know that is what i would do as motivation... just think.. I will lose all this weight again... and then nobody can say anything....
