Excellent Advice Deano!!!

Bread, flour products are terrible for us.

The only exception MIGHT be unsprouted, fermented sourdough or black Russian bread. But it's so hard to find these days - so i usually just stay away from bread period.

It wouldn't be so bad if we could really curtail how much of that stuff we ate once we started - say once a month - have some pizza. But what inevitably begins to happen is the "Creeping Carbs" where one day we may have a slice of bread, then the next day a dessert, then the day after mashed potatoes etc etc etc.

It's the consistency of anything that will have the most marked outcome. If we eat great Paleo Foods consistently - they will shape our health & bodies. But if Non Paleo foods become too prevalent in the diet - we will look and feel like poo-poo
