When I travel, I sometimes eat some mild-tasting cheese
like string cheese for breakfast.

If you're out of induction by then, and feel comfortable
with either of the following, you could also try:

Cream cheese or Low-Sugar Peanut butter on celery.

Carbsense hot cereal (has microwave directions)-
needs cream & splenda to jazz it up.

I've eaten leftover chicken, or even a salad, for
breakfast, if there's nothing else available.
