Ty lkonzelman, I'm taking 3 of Atkin's supplements, including Basic 3 and Oils, plus I got a high quality calcium/magnesium/potassium vitamin today. My friends at the health food store think I'm just taking longer to detox from all those years of stored up sugars in my body, so I'm just gonna grin and bear it w/o cheating
