How wonderful You have some very thoughtful co-worker . My co-workers are a little put off by my diet. They always want me to join them for lunch. Their favorite place to dine are like Mc Donalds, Subway, and other sandwich places . I usually decline and just explain that I enjoy this way of eating and I feel great.
