yes, sometimes exercise as a appetite suppressing result- i don't get hungry after my workouts..not sure why. but my suggestion is that you should definitely eat because it will keep your metabolism going. you might wanna take your proteins/fat down a bit and add in more veggies instead. this will help you gain more appetite =)
