I usually use some flavored Torani or Davinci syrup usually the vanilla and if you do you usually do not have to use splenda unless you like your whipped cream really sweet but you can taste the cream before you put it in the whipper. If you do use splenda be sure to mix the splenda before you put it into the whipper so the sweetener is disolved.
