I bought some of the dark green salad fixings last night. I am going to make a salad as soon as I am off the puter. My book is old. My dh was put on this after a quadruple bipass in 1995. He started back on this after he failed at weightwatchers. Anyhow I will get an updated version of the book. I already have his book of recipes it is very good, too,
