You might want to work out your body composition and see if it is changing. There are resources on the web (mybodycomp.com) and in books by other authors (Barry Sears, Enter the Zone). It could help your morale if you know you composition is improving even if you are not losing weight. Weight training combined with adequate protein could be causing you to gain muscle.

Essential fatty acids can help improve your metabolism and your rate of recovery from training bouts, including healing injuries and destroying lactic acid. If you are eating a variety of real food, you are probably getting enough omega-6 without really trying. Flax oil and oily fish are great sources of omega-3.
