thank you mb for the information,,, I had guessed that i need to start doing these exercises now,,,, call me lazy,,,,,lol,,, my hubby said I need to do sit ups or crunches,,but I thought maybe it had all changed since the last time i attempted sit ups (1972! LOL) I thought maybe it was ``out`` and something else better was ``in``................
Damn shame that,,,,, now I have to tell hubby he was `right`...............or maybe I do them with out him knowing and tell him nothing....... yep
plan B ....I hate the ``i told you so`` routine with the dance he does to match the song.......

I will look into it more and will start............MONDAY! LOL
I mean will start this afternoon with 1,000 sit ups and 999 crunches,,,,,,

now where is that new gossip magazine
i bought?????
