Ever since I increased my essential oils to 1 capsule 3X a day, I've experienced major gas problems, but I'm not sure if the essential oils are doing this to me. I read on another thread that alpha linoliec acid was giving somebody else here an upset stomach

Anybody else experiencing this with essential oils?
