You mentioned chest pain on Atkins....I have been following Atkins and find I feel very fatigued, muscles ache and are weak....and sometimes have heart palpitations.
Is this what you had ?
I just had some Splenda sweetened yougourt and some TLC crackers (whole grain/no trans fat) with cheddar cheese....and I am starting to feel better...calmer.
