Well, DUH! Somebody needs to kick the teacher in the pants. Good for you on your answer to that one (I don't think I'd be able to restrain myself so well, personally). The difference is, with Weight Watchers or Jenny Craig, you HAVE to go off the diet, or spend your life starving. With Atkins, you CAN stay on it for life. |
