i think i would say something to the teacher... but i wouldn't expect that to change her mind... or how she teachs for that matter... confrontation might even have a negative swing to it... causing her to push her "non-Atkin's" view even stronger...

I don't have kids... so have no knowledge of parent teacher relations... and how that is viewed.
