well as I understand it CALP is a well balenced CAD with some specail options you can add in to help you lose weight like supplements and exercise. I list my plan as CAD becauce my book talks about balence and for me the balence is important and also I don't do any of those options that CALP talks about but basically i feel its the same plan...just more clarified etc...in CALP
