you should start decreasing non essential fats. Butter, sour cream, heavy cream. And keep up with the good fats. Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Safflower Oil, the omega 3's, 6's, & 9's. And absolutely stay away from the bad fats! Hydrogenated oils, margarines, beef & pork tallow, shortening.

Reread the chapters about Stage 3 and Stage 4 again. You must slowly increase the carbs and watch the scale to find your magic carb number.
