Yes, I have experienced this as well and I am sure everyone else will tell you to "make sure you are taking your vitamins." It is so important to make sure you are getting enough magnesium and calcium. When they told me that I starting being more careful about at least taking a multi-vitamin EVERY day and drinking enough water and it went away really fast. Hang in there and take vitamins!
