muscles hurt
I have been having pain in my thighs..the front part ( don't know the name of that muslce) when I get up in the AM, and if I sit for awhile..when I get up it just hurts me
I wonder what that is? I have lost some fat in my thighs..I can see that..but I wonder what the pain is from?
Does anyone know what it could be?
At 1st I thought it was from using that *muscle* too much or something..now I'm starting to think it maybe from the way I am eating...maybe too much protein?
