Hey, getting myself back into Induction AND ketosis after the big wedding week!
Finally hit ketosis (tiny ketosis) this morning according to stix!
Weight is finally settling down, looks like I gained a few but 31X30 levis are actually fitting today with no pinching! So, there you go. I also found the BEST soy milk made with sucralose (ie: splenda) it has 4 grams of carbs but 3 grams of that are fiber!!!!! I am sooooo happy, I hate, hate, hate cream but really wanted just something to make my morning decaf tea a little more pleasant.
glad to give up the cream!
