Is Flax Oil and Flaxseed oil one in the same?

I went to Walmart looking for flaxseed oil and the pharmacist told me that Flax oil is the same as flaxseed oil...but of course they only had flax oil....i bought it, but am wondering if anyone else uses flax oil (caplets)??
