WOW - I went from a size 12 to a size 5/6 and it was all water weight???? Who woulda thunk it??? Give me a break!
I don't care what kind of diet you're on. Low fat, low carb. Once you go back to your old eating habits you're going to put the weight back on. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure that out. Thats why ALL diet plans, low fat, low carb, whatever, are supposed to change your eating habits FOREVER! If someone has lost 20, 30, 50lbs. on a low fat plan, then goes back to eating big macs for lunch everyday and having ice cream sundaes for dessert-they're going to put the weight back on! DUH!
