I want to introduce myself and to let everyone know that this step was not easy for me. I am new to LC, starting just two months ago (8/03). In that time I have lost 10 pounds. I am slowly learning what I need to do and really would like a buddy to correspond with. I should also mention that I am not very good with computers, so just finding this site and posting this message is an important milestone for me. Thanks for listening.
