Well, not exactly, but I do something similar. If I'm going to have a meal that would tend to have more carbs that might get a craving started, I'll have it at dinner. That way I'll be heading off to bed (and will have already brushed my teeth - which is a great way to put off cravings. You can't eat after brushing your teeth, can you? ) before a food craving could possibly hit.
Sneaky, huh? It works too!
