I hit reply a bit too soon, but thats the majority of what I get anyway. Salad is a staple food with me and I try and makie it as interesting and creative as possible adding everything I can to it. I eat about 3 cups a day and try and get the majority of carbs via veggies followed by egg beaters and then dairy.
