I find it's easier if I organize my grocery list by sections: Meat, Produce, Frozen, Refrigerated, Other. I rarely have to go down any aisles now, except to get pork rinds, nuts, tuna and salad dressing/mayo. Shopping is much faster now that I stick to the perimeter of the store!
