Dr Atkins says this...food labels say that...
Just wondering if anyone has noticed conflicts in the carb counts the Atkins for Life book gives, compared to actual food labels. My 4% milkfat cottage cheese says 5 carbs for 1/2 C. The book says 3/4 C. whole milk cottage cheese is 5 carbs. Is there cottage cheese out there that has more than 4% milkfat? Thats not the only differences Ive seen, I was wondering if anyone else has seen it too and wondered why....Not that its a HUGE deal, not to me...just curious...
