My husband used to snore so loud that I would spend probably 5 out of 7 nights on the couch each week. I love my hubby dearly, but I couldn't for the life of me fall asleep with all that noise, so had to retreat to the couch. My poor DH tried everything - nasal drops (ysnore, or something like that) - breath right strips, all sorts of junk and nothing worked. He's lost about 25 pounds on the Atkin's WOE and now I actually have nights where I nudge him to make sure he's alive! I noticed about two weeks ago that he doesn't snore anymore and it's awesome! We are BOTH sleeping much better now!
