I too used to snore like a freight train. Now that I am down 90+ lbs., my wife has to wake me in the middle of the night to make sure that I am O.K. I have such a peaceful night sleeping now. No more tossing and turning, it sure feels good to wake up in the morning and know that everyone in the house has had a good night of sleep.
