I love chicken wings also. I cook mine on the grill. I lighty coat them in olive oil and season them with some garlic powder and Old Bay seasoning. Grill them up and then toss them in Frank's hot sauce/butter. They are awesome! I always prefer things cooked on the grill whenever possible.
