I make my own most of the time.. but if on a day that I have no time, I just stop at our local Safeway and they have in teh Deli Dept. ready to eat wings.. Just be ware, they have 2 types, Spicy, and teriyaki.. that teriyaki are high in carbs.. The spicy however are yummy, expensive, but yummy..
