I read this article too and had to laugh at the scientists and nutritions who INSISTED something else was the cause of the extra weight loss. So, even if these people were less hungry or less tempted to cheat, THAT TOO IS A GREAT THING!!! The metabolic advantage kicks in again. LOL. Don't be a hater because you were wrong.
