I know, isn't that something....when NJ told me about her french toast with pork rinds I near choked at the thought of it.

I made them and wow...what a great taste. Told the family what I did...and their reaction was just like mine...yuck...french toast with pork rinds? When they tasted the french toast....they loved it....amazing...truly amazing
