The soup was great, we're having the rest for lunch.
I followed the instructions on the Nori package, as to how to prepare it.
I used, a cup or crab, mixed with some mayo, same for the shrimp; an avacado cut into small slices, cucumber, and thinly sliced ahi tuna and salmon. The fish was prefrozen (recommended because of possible parasites).
I spread everything on the Nori paper and rolled up. They were so good!
I made the kids ones with sticky rice...
Have fun with them. You can basically used anything you want. I may not spring for the price of the tuna next time, but the salmon was great..
I bought the daikon at Extra Foods. Ask the grocery clerk if you don't see it. It's a long, fat, white root...
