I don't know if that one is so good. While recomending whole grains, it still has carbs as the main food group. If they keep the carbs high and enourage more fat, that would make for a high fat high carb combo, which results in weight gain and other problems.
They also still limit protiens. How ever the fact they have "White Rice, White Bread, Potatoes, Pasta, and Sweets (Use Sparingly)" is a huge step in the right direction. I love the fact they say to eat veggies in abundance, and fruit in moderation. Listing red meat as bad isn't great though.
