Thanks for all the replies.

Just to update on my diet. I'm not on a strict Atkins any more. I stalled for awhile even going on induction. What helped me get going? Oatmeal! I kep my diet mostly low carb but started having around 1/2cup oatmeal in the mornings. It gave me tons of energy for my workouts and got my weight loss started again.

Right now I'm taking something called the Anarchy stack. Its simply a stack off supps tailored to speed loss naturally. You can read about it on bodybuilding sites.

Acetyl L-Carnitine
Alpha Lipoic Acid
Conjugated Linoleic Acid
Green Tea

I'm also taking SAN-tight and ephedra(not every day though cuz its powerful stuff!)
