There is no such thing as free foods. Meats with no carbs should be eaten until you are satisfied, not stuffed or completely full. Eggs, coffee, splenda, cream, and a few other things all have carbs that should be counted.

With OWL you still can basicaly eat the induction list of foods. Start by adding low GI foods though like more veggies. BE careful on things such as cream, bars, and other things which can stall many people. Remember to that as you raise carbs you will be lowering fat. You don't want to just dump extra calories on and end up eating higher carb, high fat.
