Yogurt can be a healthy addition to a diet. Since you are on maintanance and working up your carbs, it won't hurt you You'll be amazed at how easily it fits in even when you count full carbs.

You might look into larger containers of whole milk yogurt as well. It may help to save money over time, you can eat just 1/2 cup at a time instead of a full one, and you can add the fruit or flavor of your choice. If you get a good brand you also avoid any artifical sweetners or chemicals. I love the StoneyField Farms whole milk yogurt (It's about 12 net carbs for a whole cup) or Goats milk yogurt for a slight change (It's about 8 net carbs for a cup).

Now that money just went to strangling level of tight, I may start making my own yogurts to save even more money.
