It takes some motivation, but keeping ice water at
your fingertips is a good way to go for me. I'm always
kind of thirsty anyway, and the cold water is
so refreshing I take it in big gulps.
Mmmmmm. (There are a number of creative ways
to keep ice closeby..just have to think up the way
it's the least trouble for you.)
