Lightbulb before each meal

I read on another forum a girl who did Stillman and lost 100 lbs drank a full glass of water before each meal (including small inbetween meals) I started trying that because I was stalled severely- adn it has helped- I have been losing around 2 lbs a week since. I also drink only water at meals-sometimes I'll have a cup of coffee on weekend, but I still keep the water flowing- it seems kind of restrictive, but once you get used to having water as your main drink most of the time- it works well- I also still manage to drink 3 cups of white tea a day (even healthier than green tea- but with very little caffeine!)
I started the water before meals thing just at dinner, to take my vitamins with (I take a lot of them) then I tried it before breakfast as well (I started taking extra calcium & primrose oil) so that was my "excuse" to myself to drink the water before eating.
