Count me in. I need this challenge to motivate me to stay cheat free.

So let's start it and try to lose about 8 pounds until the end of the month.
The rules are:
- NO CHEATING, as in ZERO CHEATS and no excuses.
- 64 oz water a day.
- 30 minutes minimum exercise a day and no excuse days.
- Straight induction or perhaps a bit more of carbs for those who are not in induction anymore.
- Take your suplements.
- Smile, you are slimmer!
