Hi Dolphinblu!

My advice would be to go cold turkey. No low carb chocolate or other junk food. It's tough at first, but within a week or so, the cravings will be gone. Prepare yourself with lots of "legal" snacks like hard boiled eggs and sliced cheese, meats and veggies. Treat yourself to your favorite dressing or dip, just check the labels for carb counts.
