Default Need help quickly

I know I am posting in the wrong topic, but this is so important to me, and Atkins board seems the most lively. My post will probably be moved, but I hope I get an answer to my question soon anyway.

I have invited friends for dinner tomorrow nite & I bought a ROLLED & TIED combination pork/beef roast. I don't have a clue how to cook it. I know I should cook it in the oven..but do I take the string off of it before I cook it? I've searched google & ask jeeves for quite awhile & I can't find any recipe that fits this. I thought when I bought it I could find a recipe or something online to help me fix it..NOT HAPPENING
