Poopie, Poopie (cute name!).... Today is history. Just get up tomorrow and start fresh. You didn't do much damage... keep it that way. Today I had pizza for the first time in 2 months. Tomorrow I'm back on plan. See how much that sugar affects you? It's some nasty stuff! keep your chin up, wake up tomorrow, put a smile on your face even if you feel like crying and GO FOR IT!
