You can eat MANY more calories than a traditional low fat diet and still lose much more, but I don't think anyone should consume 3,000 + calories. The metabolic advantage does help though!
I LOVE that I had a fabulous lunch today...freshly made Caesar salad and 3 chicken wings. It was delicious! My ds ate a slice of pizza and my dh had pasta...and I didn't covet their meals for a minute! Mine was delicious!
